Gourmet area and paperback guide at RO-Wine 2019!
The fourth Bucharest edition of RO-Wine | The International Wine Festival Of Romania is growing and prepares to introduce its visitors to new experiences and features. The first development confirmed by the organizers is an area dedicated entirely to fine foods.
Scheduled for May 25-26, this spring’s RO-Wine edition will host the “Gourmet Experience” area, in the immediate vicinity of the wine festival’s exhibition area. Local and international gourmet producers will offer their products for tasting, tell their stories, pair dishes with wines or even have live cooking sessions in a dedicated area. Restaurant owners and chefs, F&B managers, importers, retailers and distribution companies will showcase their iconic gourmet products.
Another premiere in the four-year history of the wine festival is the RO-Wine Guide- an useful instrument for all visitors and high quality wine aficionados. The Guide will include all the festival participating producers and their wines, complete with professional descriptions, information about renowned gourmet venues in Bucharest and other Romanian cities, as well as other useful information on the fair and the local market,
The guide will be available free of charge for restaurants and hotels and may also be purchased by individual clients at the festival or in bookstores around the country.
Following the already established model, the new RO-Wine edition will emphasize on building a direct relationship between its guests and wine producers, vineyards owners and wine makers, along with the premiering gourmet producers.
